Mr. Sunny Pawaskar is a visionary in the culinary world, driven by an unwavering passion for excellence and innovation. As a distinguished gold medalist from the prestigious IHM Guwahati, he has transcended his humble beginnings to become a celebrated figure in the kitchens of the renowned Oberoi Hotels. His culinary journey began with assisting his mother in preparing authentic dishes for their hometown's annual Mela. From these roots, he advanced as an apprentice under world-renowned chefs, immersing himself in the rich tapestry of global and Indian cuisines. His quest goes beyond mere flavor; he seeks to capture the very essence of each dish, drawing inspiration from the most remote and culturally vibrant regions. Through this remarkable journey, he infuses his creations with a profound depth and authenticity.
